Insurance

TRPH Hospital is ready and willing to assist you by coordinating with your insurance company / assistance. We have 'International Medical Service' team, who will assist you in dealing with medical insurance. Please simply provide us with the passport (or the copy of passport) and the insurance card to our team.

Depending on the insurance policy (benefits and coverage), the insurance company normally issue us with the guarantee of payment within 24 hours. We have medical service contracts with insurance companies/assistance both domestically and internationally to provide direct-billing medical services. Direct billing enable us to provide you the medical service and medical expense is charged directly to the insurance company. Although we have a dedicated team to do this process, if we do not receive the guarantee of payment from the insurance company the patient has to pay the medical bill in full first and get reimbursement directly from the insurance company later when you return to home country.
